As I've been asked, I have added, from the setting, an option for people who read slowly. 

It involves the timed choice. Once toggled on, it will allow you to see the timed choice before hand, so that you can take the time to read them.

One keyword by choice is underlined and bold so that you will only need to pay attention to this one. Once it's done, you will be able to start the timed choice. Of course, the order of apparition of the list is not the same as the order order of the limited timed choices. 

Moreover, the timed choice are extended a little.
